These terms govern your use of Klick (the "Service"), a Shopify app for AI product photography and social content. By installing or using Klick, you agree to these terms.
The service
Klick generates images and captions from your product photos using AI. Output quality varies and may require regeneration or edits. Each generated image uses one credit.
Credits & billing
- 1 credit = 1 generated image (photo, social post, or edit).
- Plans and credit packs are billed through Shopify. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled in your Shopify admin.
- If a generation fails, the credits for the failed images are automatically refunded to your balance.
- Credits are for use within the Service and have no cash value.
Your content & rights
You retain ownership of the product images you upload and the images Klick generates for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the products and source images you submit. You may use the generated images for your store and marketing.
Acceptable use
Do not use Klick to create content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that depicts real people without consent. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or the underlying AI providers.
AI output disclaimer
AI-generated images are synthetic and may contain inaccuracies. Review every image before publishing. Klick is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klick is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the prior three months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
